I can go and enjoy the casino and cafe there and not worry about breathing in smoke or reeking of it when I leave. Comparatively, Hard Rock employees monitor the very ample nonsmoking section and have a 'no if's and's or butts about it' policy that they firmly enforce the area is completely separated and well marked and you can park and enter the casino and never come in contact with cigarette smoke. Really can't very well blame smokers for wandering into the 'nonsmoking section', because the fact that you are leaving a smoking area and entering what is supposed to be a nonsmoking area is extremely vague.
The so-called nonsmoking section is not well marked it is not isolated from the smoking section and from what I can tell, one must walk through the smoking area to get to the nonsmoking area. However, with the remodel there was a perfect opportunity for this casino to compete with the Cherokee Hard Rock Casino in the nonsmoking department.
The new Margaritaville area of the casino is bright, festive and fun.
